Worked with the salesman Chad (scheduled very quickly) to get measurements for all of my windows and couple of odd sized windows as well. Ordered the next day the windows came in on time and scheduled the installation within 2 days very pleased. Alexander’s installation crew came in and did a great job - had all 10 windows installed in 4 hours and cleaned up all scrap wood and debris. Great job from start to finish guy’s!!

Alexander and crew came and took out 9 windows and installed the new ones in four hours. They look great. My only complaint is they could have cleaned the windows a bit.

Thank-you Josh for coming out today and not leaving until our problem was fixed. Not all companies would have an employee who would stick to it and figure out what was wrong and follow through until it was completely fixed.
We appreciate your taking pride in what you do and the kindness you showed.
Thank you again for a job well done.
Had our windows for almost 7 years and this is the first time they had to come out for a problem. Best thing, it was at no cost due to the warranty of the windows.
