Please excuse our mess, as we had moved furniture and had curtains and blinds around had them standing everywhere so the guys could work. But these guys were awesome! They arrived a few minutes early, hit the ground running, worked nonstop and removed 13 windows and installed my new ones perfectly in 5 hours! I was in awe! They were very respectful of our home, cleaned up every scrap of debris and took it with them left not a speck of mess! My windows are beautiful and I’m highly satisfied. They checked & re-checked to be sure everything was okay. These guys knew exactly what they were doing! Awesome job! Thank you Window World. And they were SO nice!

This was my second time using Windows World. When I needed to replace all the windows in my current home I knew I could count on them for a quality product at an affordable price backed by a lifetime warranty. The experience was great, starting with Hamilton the Salesman who did all the measuring and completed my order. And finishing up with Alexander and his crew doing an extremely professional installation including cleaning up after themselves. If you're in need of windows for your home I highly recommend Window World of Jackson.

Alexander and his crew were fast, polite, and efficient. We had very old windows, so there was a bit of glass to clean up , but I'm not sure it could have been helped. Overall, excellent. Would reccomend!

Alexander and his team were amazing! Polite, fun, hard workers. Cleaned up everything so nicely. Did such a great job!! Also need to mention that Alexander must be something very special when the salesman said “ oh good you got Alexander”😊I can’t keep looking at them, opening and closing, the safety latch wow. What force Alexander demonstrated the locks, I feel so safe and yet can open windows!! Thank you and thank you Alexander and team.
