We have replaced windows in four houses through Window World of Jackson, TN, and they have always been great. This last time was even better! Alexander and his team arrived and worked all day in the heat to replace 31 windows on our 1937 home. Theu did a superior job! The windows matched the wood trim on the inside perfectly. One window had a manufacturer defect which Alexander reported and they are coming today to replace that. I have never had any problem with getting service when needed. I highly recommend. (And ask for Alexander!)

On a hot, humid August day, Alexander and his crew arrived to install all 12 of our home’s windows plus a bow window that proved tricky to install.
We were impressed by the friendly, professional manner they exhibited as well as their finishing work.
Our new windows make our home a showcase.
We appreciate you!

Very timely with estimate. Most companies won't come this far out from Memphis, Jackson or Nashville, so that was a nice surprise.
Ordering was easy. I had their windows in my home in FL, so knew the product, and knew what I wanted. Delivery time was a little less than quoted which was excellent.
The crew called ahead, were here exactly when they said they would be. They got right to work, had the door installed w/in 90 minutes, they cleaned up everything very nicely. Caulking is excellent, doors and locks work great. Im very happy.

Window World is absolutely AMAZING! I signed my contract and paid my deposit. I was told it would be 8-10 weeks for installation. However, roughly about 4 weeks later, I get a call that says my windows are in and they can install the following day!
Hands down the best people! Fast, affordable, and reliable! I can’t wait to do my front door next! Thank you window world!

I had my new windows installed today. They called and said we will arrive at 8:55am and they were on time. They immediately went to work. Windows were all in within an hour and a half! They are a quick team of three! I am thoroughly in pressed with my windows and their crew! I’ve added a before and after to my post!
